6. Issue Discussion

      Latest Draft: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00021.html

David to prepare alternate proposal for next week.

   b. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-55 Long Running Operations (C)
      Proposal: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00022.html

Wait until review of alternative proposal for CCPP-54

   c. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-58 Additional Type Mappings
      Proposal: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00020.html

Modifications:
- Mapping for anySimpleType should be to string
- Mapping for xs:double should be to double
- Mapping for long double should be to decimal
- Mapping for long should be to xs:long
- Mapping for char* should be to string
- Note needs to be added wrt [unsigned]?[byte|short|int|long|long long] that on a platform the default mapping to XSD types may result in overflows.

   d. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-59 More details for AllowsPassByReference
      Latest email: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00025.html

- SCA runtime should not be enforcing good programming practices of component implementations.
- Interface definitions should use const on paramaters
- Clients need to be marked (bidirectional interfaces, static variables) allow possible problems, but marking at implementation level is probably sufficient.

   e. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-36 Accessing services from non-SCA code
      Latest drafts: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00024.html

- C++ proposal is inconsistent between example and class definition.
- Preference is for use of DomainContextPtr, obtained in an implementation dependent manner.
- DomainContext is domain specific (i.e. specify URI when retrieving) so getService only needs a service URI.
