   a. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-54 Long Running Operations (C++)
      Latest Draft: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00051.html
      Reference Counting Pointer changes:
                    http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00053.html

- Explicit casting of reference counting pointers is accepted direction
   - David to produce updated text
- Service Proxy will need at least one virtual member function - a destructor works
- Local vs. remotable interfaces
   - Remove C++ class from list of acceptable types in a remotable interface in section 8
   - The service proxy for a local interface derives from ServiceProxy and is generated
     from the C++ interface definition without conversion to WSDL
      - Bryan to review current text on this point

   b. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-55 Long Running Operations (C)
      Proposal: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00057.html

- Latest draft is OK, defer approval until CCPP-54 is approved

   c. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-36 Accessing services from non-SCA code
      Proposal: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00047.html (C++)
      and http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00024.html (C)

- Latest draft for C++ will need updates wrt proxy casting as per CCPP-54
- Add comment to C++ draft that myImplGetDomain() is NOT defined by the specification

   d. http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/CCPP-60 Policy Annotation Changes
      Proposal: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-c-cpp/200902/msg00052.html
