Subject:
| [sca-c-cpp] NEW ISSUE: Conformance text
cleanup |
Target: C++ and C C&I Specifications
Description: The Assembly TC has finalized the conformance text for
the Assembly spec. There are some corresponding changes needed in
the C++ C C&I specifications. Specifically:
1) Statements that an SCA implementation must reject files that do not
conform to the SCA schema for [C++|C].
2) Elimination of the duplication of the broad MUST statements in the Conformance
section about API implementation and Annotation/WSDL extension support
and similar Statements in Chapter 6 and Appendices A, C, and D.
3) References in the Conformance Section to the statements in Appendix
F
4) Break out the details for document conformance for each of Composite,
ComponentType, ConstrainingType and Contribution
Proposal: To follow.
