Resolution: CD 03 of the SCA C++ C&I spec is approved for Public Review Draft 01 and publication on the OASIS document repository (passes w/o)

   b. Vote to make CD03 the Public Review version of the C Specification and to start the Public Review  

Resolution: CD 03 of the SCA C C&I spec is approved for Public Review Draft 01 and publication on the OASIS document repository (passes w/o)

   c. Vote to Decide that the Public Reviews shall be 60 Days in length  

Resolution: The public reviews of the SCA C++ C&I and SCA C C&I specs are to be 60 days long (passes w/o)

   d. Vote to treat all future Issues as Public Review comments  

Resolution: All issues raised during the public review period will be treated as public review comments (passes w/o)

   e. Vote to log all Public Review comments in JIRA under a new components called "C++ Public Review" and "C Public Review"
