Subject: NEW ISSUE: CPPF0038 is incorrect
- From: Bryan Aupperle <aupperle@us.ibm.com>

Target: C++ C&I Specification
CD03
Description: CPPF0038 is a application of a conformance point from
JAX-WS dealing with the default naming of exceptions. Because of
the differences in exceptions in C++ and Java, this conformance point of
JAX-WS does not apply to C++.
Proposal:
1) Remove CPPF0038 and move the Exception
Naming entry to the table in F.1.1
2) Add the following to section 10.2.4.
(After the sentence that ends on line 1559)
By default, no exceptions are mapped
to operation faults.
