Changes required to submitted documents - Request to Publish CD01 of the

As I check these specs for QC, I've noted the following changes that need to be made:

For sca-ccni-1.1-test-assertions-cd01:

1. Please change the footer to sca-ccni-1.1-test-assertions-cd01. The footer should be the filename (minus extension) rather than the document title.

2. In the last paragraph of the Notices section, please remove the bracketed phrase [insert specific trademarked names and abbreviations here]. Also, please link OASIS to www.oasis-open.org.

3. You can remove Appendix C since it contains no information. Remember to regenerate the Table of Contents so it is removed there as well.
