Groups - SCA C and C++ Telecon cancelled

The Assembly TC needs to resolve a schema cross-linking issue before
approving the next CD of the Assembly spec.  We need that approval to occur
before we approve the next CDs of our specs.  So we are in a holding
pattern on 1.1 and have nothing substantial yet to discuss on 1.2.
