   a. Assembly and Policy

- Assembly: Discussion about modifying conformance clauses to not require implementation of one of the OASIS TC defined implementation types.  Otherwise complete.
- Policy: Restructured test artifacts, reusing Assembly test artifacts where possible requested for PR. Otherwise complete.

   b. Bindings  

- WS: Complete
- JMS: Spec and test suite in PR (second for spec, initial for test suite)

   c. Java 

- CAA: Response needed on a PR comment (no change expected), Responses on TA PR comments being worked on (TA but not TC changes probable)
- POJO: Test suite in PR

- Overall: Specs considered complete but there are some PRs to complete and a few additional may be needed. These should all complete in January.  Need to discuss exit criteria relative to statements in charters. This discussion should take place in Assemby first.

- Timing of next meeting: Not before 13 Jan 2011 but not until ready for a exit criteria and CS discussion.
