   I noticed that ISSUE-83
is marked resolved, but it's not in the draft you recently uploaded nor
on the list of Action items. Is it going to be incorporated to the next
draft of the spec ?

My work is done. I've uploaded WD04 [1] containing my
edits to resolve actions items as per the meeting today.

I've also uploaded the action item document [2] which I modified to strike
through the AIs that I completed.
