incorporated into WD 03.

The following resolved issues are ready
to be incorporated into the upcoming CD that we are working toward.

9 (remainder), 12, 23, 29, 31, 32, 33,
40, 42, 45

The following resolved issues should
be deferred until after the upcoming CD that we are working toward.

and I believe we should attempt to resolve them before publishing the CD.
