DESCRIPTION:
Sec 6.1, Line 255-256 reads:
Any method that returns "void" and has no declared exceptions may be marked
with an @OneWay annotation. ...
The description of return type for the method is ambiguous.
PROPOSAL: Change the sentence to the following:
Any method with a void return type and has no declared exceptions may be
marked with an @OneWay annotation.
