TARGET: Java CAA spec

DESCRIPTION: The Assembly TC added functionality for long running request/response operations as part of ASSEMBLY-33 [1]. The background on the function and rationale are in documents attached here [2]. Included in the original proposal is a mapping for Java, but the Java parts of the proposal were obviously not accepted by the Assembly TC, that is for this TC to consider.
