The "based on attendance at meetings" caught my eye.

How was the list compiled?  Have all these people actually attended
meetings, or is this the complete membership (voting and non-voting)
of the TC?

Would it be reasonable/desirable to acknowledge those people who
have contributed to the spec work by attending meetings, sending
emails to the TC list, or at some stage been voting members?
