TARGET: EJB Binding spec (section 2, and others)

DESCRIPTION:
The description of @ejb-link-name takes the JEE form used on ejb-refs, which is <jar-name>#<ejb-name>.
But '#' is not a valid character in NCNames.

PROPOSAL:
Change the @ejb-link-name type to URI.
