Thanks for the thorough review. I've made all the updates (and a few more that
I spotted along the way) and published new documents. If anyone else has
comments on WD08, no worries, I will fold them in on top of this new WD09 draft
and produce another set of documents. If you haven't started reviewing yet,
WD09 is as good a place to start as any.
