Subject: NEW ISSUE: Remove Section 8.6.2 (and sub sections) as it is out of syncwith the Policy FW spec
TARGET: Java CAA spec rev7
DESCRIPTION: Section 8.6.2 is out of synch with policy FW spec. The implementation policy for security that described a role based authorization model was removed from the policy FW spec leaving 8.6.2 out of sync.
PROPOSAL: Remove Section 8.6.2 and subsections.
