Subject: [ISSUE 58] SCA Spring C&I Specification does not have a normativedefinition of how to calculate the ComponentType of a Spring Applicationcontext - Updated Proposal

Folks,
I've prepared an updated proposal for
Issue 58.
There are 2 significant changes:
1) I've caved on the principle of requiring
all properties / references to be explictly stated in the application context
if any one
of them is stated
explicitly.
2) I've brought the computation of componentType
up to date with the effect of the resolution on Issue 164 which we voted
on Friday.
