Target: Java CAA

Description:
The JavaInterface complexType decl derives from sca:Interface that already has an <anyAttribute> decl (inherited through CommonExtensionBase).

Proposal:

Remove the line that has <anyAttribute> in the declaration of complexType JavaInterface
