Thanks for the quick look. I opened an issue for comments 2) and 3). I agree with your comments and implied resolutions.

For comment 1), not sure what to do here, so the following is a stream of consciousness. I looked at JCAA (CD03) and JCI (CD01) and both of those specs have the bracketed text. As I read the surrounding text, I think it's intended for OASIS TMs, not other company TMs. The policy spec changed the bracketed text to "SCA-POLICY". The assembly, JMS and JCA specs retain the bracketed text. The WS spec removed the bracketed text.

I suggest we remove the bracketed text from the EJB binding spec. This is reflected in the latest CD01 document [1] [2], which I will send to tc-admin if there are no other comments.

Nits (comment 2&3 can be dealt with post cd01):

1) The copyright notice has "[insert specific trademarked names and 
abbreviations here]". Either we should remove this or include TMs like Java.

2) Should section 1.3 be removed?

3) Shouldn't the usecases (appendix A) be under Appendix E Non-Normative 
Text ?

Otherwise looks good.
