Hi Mary,

The SCA-J TC voted [1] to produce and publish a Committee Draft of the spec materials contained in [2].  Please review and let me know what else you need. Once your review of the materials is complete, we will need to pursue an update to the RDDL from SCA-Assembly TC just prior to publish.
