JCA90014 says: For a @Property annotation applied to a constructor parameter, the required attribute MUST have the value true. [JCA90014]
Right before this is the statement that the default value for required is true. Given the default, do we really need JCA90014 to force the developer to put required=true on the annotation when used with @Constructor?
