Dave describes the proposal
Bryan - does the default existence of binding.ws remove the default binding.sca?
Dave: yes, it does
If binding.sca is not there by default, then it would have to be added explicitly by the component using the implementation
Mike E: Does that matter?  If you want binding.sca, you have to add it explicitly...
Dave: Sounds as if there is a consensus not to add binding.sca to the effective componentType

Mike describes the proposal
scribe: Dave Booz
starting review on 1176 - section 9
Mark - might be useful to have parameter names includes in the bulleted list of parameters for each method
Bryan - for getURI() what drives creation of a testcase - note there is no labelled statement which would drive creation of a test?
Mike - right, only exception cases have normative statements. Maybe we should have a positive normative stmt for each API which would then drive creation of test cases
Bryan - in C/C++ they proactively created tests for each API in addition to each labelled statement
Mike - prefers adding norm. stmts for positive returns
Mark Combellack: typo in getServiceReferences on line 1292 - refefrence  -> reference
Mark Combellack: typo - line 1295 - Change Collection<ServiceReference<B>> to Collection<ServiceReference<B>
Mark Combellack: typo - line 1355 change primitivae  to primitive
Bryan - lines 1501- ServiceReference interface needs to be broken out as a section and then have this same treatment added to it
Bryan - 9.7 also needs normative statements added
Mike - will take these comments and fold them in for review next week
Bryan Aupperle: Also section 9.9 needs normative statements.
