Subject: NEW ISSUE: What URI does getURI() return.

Target: CAA Specification CD04
Description: The description of
the getURI() method of ComponentContext and the associated normative statement
JCA80008 state that the method returns the absolute URI of the component..
It is unclear what the absolute URI of a component is. At run
time a component has a structural URI as defined in section 5.8 of the
Assembly spec. The structural URI of a component is relative to the
domain., so an absolute URI could be formed by concatenating the domain
URI and the structural URI. However, there is no standard way to
define a domain URI and it is unclear if including the domain URI adds
any additional value.
Proposal: replace "absolute"
with "structural" in JCA80008 and the description of getURI().
