[NEW ISSUE] Statements about @WebServiceProvider are not adequate

The text relating to the JAXWS annotation
@WebServiceProvider is missing important statements and must be changed
if it is to be used for normative purposes.

This is in Section 8.2.7.

This section should be compared with
that for @WebService in Section 8.2.1

a) There is no statement about the value
of the @name attribute of the <service/> in the component type.
b) There is no statement about the <interface.xxx/>
element in the case that @wsdlLocation is not present - in particular,
where does the interface declaration
derive from?

Proposal:

Update section 8.2.7 to add:

1. Where the Java implementation class
implements a Java interface that is annotated with @Remotable:
a. The @name attribute of the <service/>
element in the component type is the simple name of the Java interface
class
where the Java implementation class
implements a Java interface marked with @Remotable

b. The <service/> element has
a <interface.java/> subelement with an @interface set to the fully
qualified name of the
Java interface class

2. Where the Java implementation class
does not implement a Java interface that is annotated with @Remotable:
a. The @name attribute of the <service/>
element in the component type is the simple name of the Java implementation
class

b. The <service/> element has
a <interface.java/> subelement with an @interface set to the fully
qualified name of the
Java implementation class and the @remotable
attribute is set to "true"
