Subject: Test Suite and Issue 204

The resolution if Issue 204 maps the value
of an @BindingType to one or more intents (as opposed to the @wsdlElement
of <binding.ws>). This is not yet reflect in the JCI test suite.
Specifically:
1) The predicate of JCI-TA-8037 still
is a statement about the @wsdlElement
2) There are no test cases for JCI-TA-8037;
it is listed as unimplementable
With the current mapping, it should
be possible to write a test case that has a @BindingType annotation with
a value corresponding to SOAP 1.2/HTTP and validate that 1.2 is used (potentially
borrowing some from the Web Services Binding test suite) .
