Ok, thanks for the clarification.

It certainly makes a lot of sense not the change the 'latest version' 
filename. Given that the established 'latest version' filenames have 
'spec' in them and do not have the 'v', I'm inclined to just do the 
s/cd/csd/, but will put that question to the TC.

We do have specs that are in the pipeline that have never been published 
before. We'll certainly follow the new guidelines for those.
