Bryan discusses the proposal contained in the email on the list linked above.
Bryan moves to close Issue 223 with No Action and authorise that the modified proposed response in http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-j/201012/msg00000.html is sent to the Issue raiser and to the main Java TC mailing list
Mike seconds
clarification "sent to the Issue raiser" means "sent to the public review comments list and the Issue raiser"
Motion passes unanimously
Issue 223 is resolved
f. JAVA-182: SCA Spring C & I specs needs to refactor text under abstract and introduction
http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/JAVA-182
anish: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/sca-j/download.php/40496/sca-springci-1.1-spec-WD05%2BIssue182b.doc
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/sca-j/download.php/40497/sca-springci-1.1-spec-WD05%2BIssue182b.pdf
Proposal is the updated spec documents listed above
anish: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/sca-j/201012/msg00005.html
Mike explains the proposals
Changes are in he frontmatter /abstract
Similar changes in the Introduction / p5
There is a problem in the Normative References (handle as an editorial)
(Bryan)
Bryan: Change Fig 1 caption to say "SCA Composite" rather than "SCA Domain"
Section 2 pieces
Anish - might be a good idea to point to an example of the Spring App Context A (in section 2.2) - there is no example of Spring App Context B
- ie add the XML for App Context B
Section 2.3.4
Bryan Aupperle: We should format this document in a manner that is consistent with the other SCA specs (i.e. use of the Code and Example styles, add captions to all examples and pseudo-schema and the like, make references to examples and pseudo-schema and the like explicit - remove all things like "the following ...')
Bryan Aupperle: The formatting is independent of this issue.
ACTION 20101206-01: (Anish) Prepare an updated proposal for Issue 182 with extra example material and further editorial updates
AOB
ACTION 20101206-02: (Mike) Post a comment to the list with a strawman proposal for Issue 224
