Thanks Anish, I had not spotted the line in the spec saying that providers
can replace the SCAClientFactoryFinderImpl with their own version, I'll
just do that.

Seems like a good feature to have. Although, this is about the default
implementation and runtimes are allowed to override this implementation.
In any case, if you think this ought to be part of the default factory
finder then please file an issue.
