Re: [sca-j] The JIRA project for SCA-J has been set up

Per my AI I went through the applied and resolved issues in OSOA JIRA, 
and either closed them or migrated them to OASIS JIRA. This is now the 
current status:

1) All open OSOA JIRA issues 88, 91, 93, 108, 109, 174 (all Java EE 
issues, total of 6) are now OASIS JIRA issues 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 
respectively. This was done last week.

2) There were 10 issues in resolved state:
103, 110, 124, 227, 231, 238, 239, 241, 244, 245

a) 5 of these have been moved to closed state after I verified that they 
have been applied. The 5 issues are: 227, 231, 241, 244, 245

b) The remaining 5 issues have been migrated to OASIS JIRA --
i) 103, 110, 124 are EE spec issues and are OASIS JIRA issues 10, 11, 
12, respectively.
ii) 238 is about Spring TC/TA and that is now OASIS JIRA issue 13
iii) 239 should have been applied/closed (this is on one of our active 
spec). This is an editorial oversight and we need to fix it as we are 
going to have another round of CSD/PRs. This is now OASIS issue 9. We'll 
have this on the agenda next week.

3) There were 26 issues in applied state
83, 89, 90, 116, 178, 198, 202, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 
215, 222, 226, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 240, 242, 243.

a) 20 of these (202, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 215, 222, 
226, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 240, 242, 243) have been moved to closed 
state. I did *not* verify that the resolution made it to our current 
CSD. The assumption is that they did.

b) There were 6 EE issues: 83, 89, 90, 116, 178, 198. They are now OASIS 
JIRA issues 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, respectively.

Next, I'll update the OSOA JIRA dumps in our doc repository. Once that 
is done we'll have migrated to OASIS JIRA. If you find something that I 
missed please let me know (or fix it) ASAP. OSOA JIRA goes away end of 
this month.

Final status of OSOA JIRA:
Open 6 	
Resolved 5
Applied 6	
Closed 228

All of these except for closed issues have been migrated.
