Ashok,

I saw that you uploaded the CD draft.  Thanks for doing that.

Which of the links in the document are supposed to work?

The links in the following sections don't work right now:
1) This version - Is this supposed to be the public url?:
2) latest version - These contain sca-assembly - I think they should be the
same as the "this version" section.
3) technical committee - I think this is supposed to be the link to the
public policy TC page?
4) Related work - Should this really point to a WD from another TC?
5) Status: - none of them work but I think I can find pub urls.
6) Section 1.3 of the document "Normative references" refers to OSOA specs,
I don't think that's right.  Would these be refs to assembly WD (as in #4
above)?

I think I can find public links for all of this stuff, and I'm happy to do
that this week, but I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do.  Martin,
I copied you for advice.

The doc id needs to be sca-policy-1.1-spec-CD-01
This is then used at the end of each url (with .pdf, .html etc)
It  also needs to be placed in the running footer, as well as the date.
