The concept of "conversational interfaces" is defined in the assembly
specification (section 1.5.3).  I don't believe that the policy
specification should rewrite that description (it is a couple pages
long), but should refer to it.  As such, I believe the definition for
the conversational intent should be the following:

Conversational: This intent should be used on interfaces, and indicates
that the interface is "conversational" as defined in the SCA Assembly
Specification section 1.5.3 (or whatever section it ends up being).
