NEW ISSUE: Add intents for all existing WS-I profiles

TARGET: SCA Policy FW spec

DESCRIPTION: The current spec contains the BP.1_1 policy intent which
indicates that the binding should adhere to WS-I Basis Profile V1.1.
Several more profiles have now been created.  Before final publication of
the SCA Policy FW spec, consideration should be given to the other WS-I
profiles for inclusion as SCA policy intents.

PROPOSAL: None. For now I think we should just wait.
