I noticed that the common namespace for SCA used in this version of CD
is - http://docs.oasis-open.org/sca/200712

I would like to point out that on the 10/22/07 conf-call [1], the TC
approved the approach for namespace URI design and versioning as defined
in the Open CSA Steering Committee's recommendation document [2]. Based
on the recommended approach, the common namespace for SCA should be -
http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca/200712

Note that the recommended namespace URI design includes the member
section name. Typically, the namespace URI defined by a OASIS TC
includes name of that TC (to compartmentalize and avoid namespace
conflicts among different TCs, I think). Since the OpenCSA MS affiliated
TCs are expected to collaborate in defining/using namespace URIs, there
may not be a conflict among the OpenCSA TCs, but such a conflict may
show up with some other OASIS TC. It may therefore be useful to include
the member section name in the namespace URI defined by the Open CSA
TCs.
