New Draft of CD-01?

Folks,

I note that a new draft of CD-01 has
been placed onto the Policy TC documents area:

There is nothing I can see which indicates
what things have changed.  Can I make a plea for changes to be marked
and preferably for them to get listed
in the revision history at the back.
