From Frankfurt airport to your hotel in Heidelberg/Walldorf you can reserve a shuttle if you are not renting a car - see section Ground Transportation in [1]. You can also use train or Lufthansa airport bus to Heidelberg (see corresponding sections in [1]).

I also would not recommend to stay in Frankfurt due to the long distance about 100km and rush hour traffic jams.

I've got a response from Crowne Plaza Hotel in Heidelberg [2] that they could offer a special group rate (also a shuttle to SAP - 10.00 € per person and way) if we have a certain amount of interested persons:
	Club Zimmer		Euro 195,00 pro Zimmer und Nacht / Club Room		EUR 195,00 per room and night

Those who is interesting in this hotel please let me know (to my email) and I could try to arrange it if I get more than 5-6 positive responses.

I think Vladislav provided the directions assuming that people would be staying in Heidelberg, etc, towns close to Walldorf. I would not recommend staying in Frankfurt (about 100km from Walldorf) and commuting to Walldorf for all the four days of the meeting.

Regarding transportation from Frankfurt airport to your hotel, I think the best thing would be to check with you hotel staff. For example, if you are staying in Crowne Plaza in Heidelberg, you could use the Lufthansa shuttle to go to the hotel from the airport. Personally, I tend to rent a car at the airport and hit the Autobahn ...
