Proposal for POLICY-49:
Insert the following after line 807 (in the section '4.2 Usage of @requires attribute for specifying intents') of WD 07 (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/sca-policy/download.php/29457/sca-policy-1%5B1%5D.1-spec-wd-07.pdf)
The scope of structural hierarchy does not extend to nested composites, which are used as implementations of components. When a component is implemented by a composite, the intents applicable to the component do not automatically apply to the elements of the implementing composite. For applying intents to elements in the nested composites, see the section for External Attachment of Intents [TBD based on the solution for External Attachment of PolicySets]
