Subject: ISSUE 33: The ability to express capabilities via intents - proposal
I've had a long standing action item to come up with a proposal for Issue 33, aka capabilities in the policy FW.
I've attached a set of slides containing a proposal, which is hopefully self explanatory. When you get to part1a and part1b, my intention was to present mutually exclusive alternatives, I prefer part1a.
