Subject: ISSUE 48: Transaction defaults are not optional
On Nov 24 [1] we agreed to a direction for resolution of issue 48 [2] and I took an action item to provide some text along the lines of the direction. This email fulfills my action item, as I've attached that textual proposal.
I based the text on rev11 [3]. I did NOT accept the changes in rev11. All of my changes are in sections 10.3, 10.6.1, 10.6.3 (new), 10.8.1.
