Subject: PDF generation for CD02 and PRD
If possible, I'd like to generate a nicer PDF for CD02 and PRD than what is posted in the document repo. Specifically, the PDF I can generate does not include a PDF aware TOC, document links don't work, etc. Is there anyone in the TC who has the tools to generate a better PDF?
