NEW ISSUE: Conformance statement 30011 is unclear

DESCRIPTION: The conformance statement labelled 30011 is unclear. In [1] it states:

640 When a policySet element directly contains wsp:policyAttachment children or policies using
641 extension elements, the set of policies specified as children MUST satisfy the intents
642 expressed using the @provides attribute value of the policySet element. [POL30011]

It is not clear whether "the set of policies" MUST satisfy some or all of the @provides intents.

PROPOSAL:
Rewrite the statement as follows:
When a policySet element directly contains wsp:policyAttachment children or policies using extension elements, the set of all policies specified as children MUST satisfy all the intents expressed using the @provides attribute value of the policySet element. [POL30011]
