This raises two problems:

(1) In order to close down the spec in December, we really need to be able to have a TC discussion on the Dec 7 call. Can you commit to getting the internal discussion done this week?

(2) I just finished preparing the agenda for today, and without discussion of those two issues, we don't have 30 mins of material to cover. Should we just cancel today?
