[NEW ISSUE] Policy Spec contains an invalid example of a Second levelIntent Qualifier

Description:

Lines 1044 - 1051 in Section 4.5.4 describe
an example of an intent with a second level qualifier - 

confidentiality.message.body

However, the XSD for SCA Policy does
not provide a means to have a second level qualifier for
an intent, so this example is wrong.

Proposal:

Remove the example in lines 1044 - 1051
