Updated SCA XSDs to match SCA Assembly CD05 specification

Folks,

This email is to inform you that the
XSDs relating to the main SCA namespace, nominally owned by the SCA Assembly
TC,
have been updated to match the recently
approved for publication CD05 of the Assembly specification.

The updated files can be found in the
OASIS SVN repository here:

A summary of the changes:

1. All the files directly defined by
the SCA Assembly spec have been given names including "CD05"

sca-1.1-cd05.xsd
sca-binding-sca-1.1-cd05.xsd
sca-contribution-1.1-cd05.xsd
sca-core-1.1-cd05.xsd
sca-definitions-1.1-cd05.xsd
sca-implementation-composite-1.1-cd05.xsd
sca-interface-wsdl-1.1-cd05.xsd

2. All the other files defined by other
specifications have been updated to refer to the correct name(s) of
the files in the first list, typically
updating <include/> statements as follows:
