Please make the following corrections to this submitted document:

1. For Previous Version, please add 'N/A' as this is first committee draft.

2. For Technical Committee on the title page, please activate this hyperlink.

3. In the Chairs section, please activate David Booz's email address.

4. In the Status section's last paragraph, there is an extra line in the sentence. Please move the hyperlink up.

5. The Notices section is missing the paragraph breaks. Please change to match the template.

6. The Table of Contents is not formatted correctly. Please regenerate so that it includes chapter numbers (1,2,3,etc) & appendices letters (A,B,C). 

7. In the first paragraph under the Terminology heading, I suggest that you fix the hyperlink. It currently contains the word 'in' as part of the link.

8. In the Normative References section, [TA-GUIDE] is formatted incorrectly. Please change per the following citation example: 

OASIS

Stage (Committee Draft 01, Committee Draft 02, Committee Specification 01, etc. or Standard)

Title (italicized or in quotation marks)

Approval Date (Month YYYY)

URI of the actual Authoritative Specification (namespace is not acceptable as the content changes over time)

For example:

EDXL-HAVE OASIS Standard, “Emergency Data Exchange Language (EDXL) Hospital AVailability Exchange (HAVE) Version 1.0”, November 2008.

9. In the Normative References section, please activate the hyperlink for [JAVACAA]. 

10. Please change the Non-Normative References header to two initial caps (Non-Normative, not Non-normative).

11. In the Acknowledgments appendix, I suggest that you remove the extra line between 'Participants' & the table. By doing this the table should fit on one page, so that the entry for Mr. Zubec is not orphaned on the second page.
