waiting on updated namespace document from Assembly TC

This is just a reminder that there are 4 specifications pending 15-day public review that are dependent on the namespace document maintained by the SCA Assembly TC. The namespace document must be updated with a new date and noting the new versions of the schemas associated with the specifications.
