They are assertions for normative statement POL40018, which contains a MUST. If you recall this MUST shifted around between SHOULD and MUST a few times. Looks like these test assertions got left behind in the last giration. PROPOSAL: (1) Change POL-TA-40028 and POL-TA-40029 to Mandatory (2) Change the TestCases specification in section 3 "Cross Mapping of Test Assertions to TestCases" to remove the question on what to do about the testcases for POL-TA-40028 and POL-TA-40029.
