Thanks for fixing problem 1. I did see the Conformance appendix in this spec but the template has the following requirement. You can have this chapter in addition to the Conformance appendix. It's my understand that just a sentence or two in the Conformance section will fulfill the requirement.

# Conformance

The last numbered section in the specification must be the Conformance section. Conformance Statements/Clauses go here.

2. Please add a Conformance section as the last numbered chapter before the
Appendices.
