Not sure why 2011-07-25 minutes were attached as well.

WRT the 2011-11-28 minutes (PDF file):
1) The date is incorrect (s/2010/2011/)
2) Is the attendee list correct? I joined couple of minutes into the 
call, but didn't think Nick Kavantzas was in attendance. Just wanted to 
check.
