Policy Test Case artifact distribution and Test Case Specification do not match

Hi,

The Policy Test Case artifact distribution found here:

and the Policy Test Case Specification found here:

do not match. For example, the distribution appears to be for an earlier version and has more testcases than are detailed in the Specification.

As a suggestion, it would be helpful to tag the Subversion repository when an artifact distribution is created and include the tag information in a readme file as part of the distribution. This will provide a reproducible procedure for creating the distribution and allow people to determine its origins.
