In the Policy Test Case Specification POL_4003_TestCase is documented as having an expected positive output of: 

POL_4003 request no invocation 

However, the test composite, Test_POL_4003, configures a "TEST_POL_4003Component1" using the implementation TestComposite1 that is wired to "TestClient". Given this, I think the expected output should be:

POL_4003 request service1 operation1 invoked

since this is the standard output of the TestComposite1 implementation when invoked.

The testcase is only checking that the invocation does occur rather than some exception being thrown.
